i-Fix Science & manufacturing

Engineering behind
every implant.

The same team that machines i-Fix implants owns the surface treatment, inspection and documentation that follow it — engineering and manufacturing are one process, not two.

02 How it's built

From billet
to documented implant.

01

Machining

Swiss-type precision CNC machining of implant-grade titanium alloy, verified against catalog-defined dimensional tolerance.

02

Surface engineering

The Nano Bio Activated surface used across i-Fix implant series is applied and verified in-house, not outsourced to a separate coating vendor.

03

Clean-room processing

Cleaning, packaging and sterilization-preparation stages run inside medical-grade clean-room conditions.

04

Inspection & documentation

Final inspection and quality-system sign-off happen before any implant, component or kit leaves the facility.

03 Surface, close up

Engineered at the
thread, not just the label.

The Nano Bio Activated surface is a controlled treatment applied to the machined thread geometry itself — verified under magnification as part of the same in-house process that machines and inspects the implant, not a separate coating step handed off to another vendor.
